Dynamic chef duo Conor Mertens (Elephant Hill) and Kate de Lautour, whose creative partnership was forged at the historic Wallingford Homestead, have crafted a menu deeply connected to the land. Between exquisite courses, Sean from Smith and Sheth will guide you through an intimate, curated wine tasting.
