In a return of the Thursday night fixture, competition heavy weights, Auckland, again head to McLean Park to face our Hawkes Bay Magpies. The last regular season home game for the Magpies will be a great opportunity to play some running rugby and create a deficit that doesn’t rely on Harry Godfrey to kick a match winner from the sideline in over time again. The likes of captain Tom Parsons, and leaders Pouri Rakete-Stones and Devan Flanders have the experience to lead the Pies in the right direction in these big matches.
