The Third Space

Join us for our third and final Listening Bar for 2025 as Hastings Distillers’ tasting room is once again transformed into a space where music is experienced with quiet focus and deep appreciation.

The evening’s selector is Michael Hawksworth (DJ little bastard/The Limb Centre). Michael has been a fan and performer of music in Hawkes Bay since the mid-90s. Although best known for dance-floor oriented work, his tastes are eclectic and wide-ranging with his music collection tending towards the experimental and electronic.

Michael will be sharing  a personal selection from his extensive record collection played through an exceptional high-fidelity sound system provide by Soul to Sole Audio.

Each album side will be followed by a short interlude — a chance to enjoy a drink, chat, and connect before the next musical journey.
