The experience begins on Friday evening with a welcome meet-and-greet over pre-dinner drinks, followed by a relaxed dinner at the lodge. On Saturday morning, Peter Gordon leads an interactive cooking class, followed by a tutored wine tasting with Cameron, before the main event on Saturday evening: a five-course tasting menu crafted by Peter, with each dish paired to perfection by Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas.
