What began in 1980 as a challenge by a group of running enthusiasts has grown into a well-loved event that attracts participants from near and far, all while fostering a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The Hatuma Half Marathon offers a one-of-a-kind experience with something for everyone — from seasoned athletes to social walkers.
Choose from a 10km, half marathon, or relay option (5km approx. per team member).
Starting and finishing at the Waipukurau Racecourse, this community event blends friendly competition with a great day out for families and supporters.
Ample parking, picnic areas, and facilities make it easy to enjoy.
