HBRW 2025 - Healing and Recovery

Life can deal some terrible hands, but when it strikes you as a teenager, how do you cope? Harry Averill struggled with anorexia as a teenager but now in his twenties, his mission is to encourage happier lives, with his book, Hungry to Be Happy detailing his journey. Harry joins Sam Gibson (Sam the Trap Man) for an inspiring session on how to live your best life, chaired by Matt Heath, actor, broadcaster and author of A Life Less Punishing: 13 ways to love the life you’ve got.
