The Flemington Mud Run is an super fun annual non-competitive fundraiser for Flemington School. It is organised by the Flemington School Parents and Friends Group (fundraising group). It is held on a local property, Lake Station, and uses the Wanstead Polo Club as a base for the day.
The Mud Run promotes and provides a fun way for people of all ages to get active and have fun doing it! The course is split into 3 options; 2.5km 5km or 10km in distance. There are no time limits or restrictions to access, and therefore the event sees anyone and everyone from ‘hard-core’ runners to whole family groups, young and old getting amongst it and having a fantastic time! There are a variety of obstacles around the course, which ensure that the participants are physically challenged whilst getting muddy and really enjoying the day!
There are prizes for the best dressed up individual and teams which is always well supported. Food and drinks are available to purchase so bring out the whole family and enjoy the day!
