The award-winning Mōrere Lodge and Holiday Park features the Smokey Bros BBQ Cafe which makes a delicious range of food, including their signature handmade burgers and juicy smoked meats; as well as many more fresh, tasty options and great coffee.
The lodge and holiday park offers camping, unpowered camper van sites, shared facilities and ensuite rooms set in a lovely stream-side location on State Highway 2. Their cabins, cottage and lodge each have their own bathrooms and kitchens set in 35 acres of pasture and woodland on the other side of the stream.
The lodge part of the holiday park is an historic East Coast farm house complete with typical high ceilings, spacious lounge with fireplace, large kitchen/diner and 2 bathrooms. There is also an annex with 2 bedrooms so all together it can sleep up to 11 people with 2 double and 7 single beds.
